Lesson Planning & Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Dari, Pashto, Islamic Studies, and Social Studies.
Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
Record Keeping: Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Parental Communication: Engage with parents regarding their child’s academic performance and behavior.
Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events, sports, and cultural programs.
Professional Development: Stay updated with new teaching methods and attend training sessions when required.
Child Protection & Safety: Ensure students’ well-being and report any safeguarding concerns to school authorities.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
Teaching Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Dari and Pashto (English is an advantage).
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
